Then listen to Julie’s interview with Beth Rivard, Executive Director of Prison Pet Partnership Program (PPPP). PPPP is a dog training program run out of the women’s correctional facility in Purdy, WA. Inspiring stories of how offenders train dogs from shelters to be service dogs for people with disabilities. They can relate to the dogs’ “second chance”, which gives hope and motivation for a fresh start.
